As you can tell by the 66% decline in the Toronto Venture exchange, the past four months has brought with it one of the worst bear markets to ever hit the mining sector.

Gold, silver, oil, copper, zinc, and platinum are all plunging in value. This terrible environment has made publishing a small-cap mining letter extraordinarily difficult.
