Porter Stansberry
Porter Stansberry founded Stansberry & Associates Investment Research, a private publishing company based in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1999. His monthly newsletter, Porter Stansberry's Investment Advisory, deals with safe value investments poised to give subscribers years of exceptional returns. And his weekly trading service, Put Strategy Report, shows readers the smartest way to book big gains during the ongoing financial crisis. Porter also co-writes our weekly insider trading service, Inside Strategist.

Porter oversees a staff of investment analysts whose expertise ranges from value investing to insider trading to short selling. Together, Porter and his research team do exhaustive amounts of real-world, independent research. They've visited more than 200 companies in order to find the best low-risk investments in the world.

Prior to launching Stansberry & Associates Research, Porter was the first American editor of the Fleet Street Letter, the oldest English-language financial newsletter.

Dr. Steve Sjuggerud
Dr. Steve Sjuggerud writes True Wealth, a monthly investment advisory that boasts one of the largest followings in the world. He specializes in safe, unique investments that have been overlooked by Wall Street.

Quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and The Washington Post, Steve is the co-author of Safe Strategies for Financial Freedom, a best-selling book on investment strategies. He is a former stockbroker and vice president of trading at a $50 million international hedge fund. He holds a doctorate in finance (his dissertation covered emerging-market currencies) and has spoken at dozens of investment conferences around the country.

Dan Ferris
Dan Ferris writes Extreme Value, a monthly investment advisory that focuses primarily on great businesses trading at steep discounts. Dan's strategy of safe and cheap stocks has earned him one of the most impressive track records in the industry.

Tom Dyson
Tom Dyson is the resident bond, fixed income, high yield, and international investing expert at Stansberry Research. He writes The The 12% Letter and is a contributing editor, with Dr. Steve Sjuggerud, of DailyWealth.

Tom made his first trade at age 12. The stock returned 300% in less than nine months. Tom started his professional career at Salomon Brothers, and later Citigroup, working for an international bond-trading desk in London. In 2003, he qualified to the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, left Citigroup, and moved to the USA to become a fixed income analyst at Stansberry Research.

Matt Badiali
Matt Badiali is the editor of the The S&A Resource Report, a monthly investment advisory that focuses on the oil, energy, and mining sectors as investment - from small exploration outfits to equipment companies to the biggest resource companies in the world.

He has a Masters in Geology from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the same field. Matt spent the last four years flying all around the world for Stansberry Research, digging up the best resource investments for our readers.

Rob Fannon
Rob Fannon writes Phase 1 Investor, a monthly investment advisory and conference-call service that targets the fast-moving universe of biotech stocks, particularly small-cap breakthrough businesses on the cutting edges of their industries.

Rob studied physiology and biochemistry as an undergraduate, and has worked at the lab bench in both academia and the private sector. He helped open a new biotechnology company in India, worked as a researcher at the prestigious Cedars- Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and holds a master's degree in public health and an MBA, both from Johns Hopkins University.

George Huang
Dr. George Huang specializes in obtaining exclusive information from top universities, labs, and venture capital firms about new technologies in the medical sector. He holds a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins' School of Medicine, where he worked under a 2003 Nobel Laureate in chemistry. He speaks three languages, has worked for a Canadian bioinformatics firm, and is published in the four best journals in his field.

In 2008, George launched The S&A FDA Report, which uses a proprietary new strategy to find short-term opportunities in the biotech sector with enormous upside potential and limited risk.

Jeff Clark
Jeff Clark is the editor of The S&A Short Report, an investment advisory that focuses on trading options for the short term. Clark is the former president and chief executive officer of an independent, San Francisco-based brokerage house, and the founder of an investor education firm. Jeff has served as a consultant to one of the country's largest options market-making firms, and he has also developed the curricula for an international Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program.

Jeff is also the editor of Advanced Income, a research service focused on providing a steady stream of high-income payments. Using his techniques, Jeff can show you how to pocket thousands of extra dollars in 24 hours, no matter what happens in the stock market.

Sean Goldsmith
Sean Goldsmith co-edits The Daily Crux, the world's top financial media digest.

He's also managing editor of The S&A Digest, our daily subscribers-only e-mail service that offers exclusive insight into what our other analysts are pursuing and details on where we think the best opportunities will be in the coming months.

Finally, Sean contributes to Growth Stock Wire, a free daily e-letter that briefs readers on the global stock, currency, and commodity markets, and DailyWealth, a free e-letter focused on the best contrarian investment opportunities in the world.

Mike Williams
Mike Williams is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 25 years experience in corporate financial analysis. He's worked as a banker for a leading East Coast financial firm, and he's served as assistant treasurer for Standard Oil.

Mike started his career in the 1970s with a multinational bank. He learned the treasury trade in a multinational manufacturer and a global mining company, and then learned the asset-management business in one of the world's largest oil companies. Mike also spent another 16 years serving these types of companies as one of their pension-fund investment managers.

In his monthly advisory, True Income, Mike scours the universe of corporate bonds to find the best high-yield, super-safe opportunities.

Dave holds an MBA from Kellogg and has worked in arbitrage and trading groups with major Wall Street banks (including Goldman Sachs). In 1995, he retired, went to medical school, and became an ophthalmologist. Now, in his latest "retirement," he joined Stansberry & Associates full-time to share with readers his experiences and ideas.
